Cold millet cheesecake

Cold millet cheesecake, i.e. a dessert made of millet with Greek yogurt, strawberries and a cookie base. Delicious, light and with completely imperceptible groats. A perfect no-bake dessert, especially in the summer.

Cold millet cheesecake is slightly different in taste from traditional cottage cheese cheesecakes. Grinding the groats into a uniform mass and adding yogurt will certainly make it tasteless.

The strawberry layer nicely enlivens the flavor of the cheesecake and the layers look beautiful when cut.

The base is made of cookies (I use Oreo) or alternatively butter cookies, e.g. cocoa cookies or other shortcrust cookies.

The whole thing is very simple and quick to make. It will definitely be delicious for people who love various millet desserts.

Millet cheesecake is a perfect alternative for summer. You can replace yogurt and cream with coconut milk, it will be equally tasty.
