COCONUT CAKE: If you like coconut, then this is the right choice for you

Ingredients

For the biscuit:
– 2 eggs
– 200 g sugar
– 200 ml milk
– 100 ml oil
– 200 g flour
– 1 baking powder
– 2 spoons of cocoa
For the filling:
– 1 liter of milk
– 250 g of sugar
– 7 tablespoons of semolina
– 200 g of coconut

Preparation:

First prepare the filling. Put semolina in 200 ml of milk and leave it aside while the remaining 800 ml of milk is boiled with sugar. When the milk boils, add the mixture of milk and semolina. Boil a little, so that it is slightly less thick than pudding.
Then remove from heat, add coconut and mix. Now it’s time to prepare the biscuits: Beat the eggs with sugar, and when they are well beaten, add the milk, oil and flour to which the baking powder and cocoa have been previously mixed. Pour half of this mixture into a baking tray number 30 and put it in the oven.
