Christmas tiramisu, extremely simple and delicious

Stir the mascarpone cream one tablespoon at a time into the egg yolk mixture.

Finally, fold the chilled, whipped cream into the cream. Pour the cream into a piping bag with a perforated nozzle. Pipe about a third of the cream, starting from the middle, in a spiral shape and approx. 1 cm thick onto the soaked ladyfingers.

Place the remaining ladyfingers on top of the cream and drizzle with the remaining coffee brew. Then spray another approx. 1 cm thick layer of cream onto the floor.

Then use the remaining cream to place round drops on the cake, starting from the middle.
