How to make Christmas pudding in the mixer
To make this delicious Christmas pudding you will need:
Ingredients:
300ml warm whole milk (you can add up to 75ml extra if you like it wetter) 100ml
oil
2 eggs
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 Packet dry yeast (10 g)
4 cups all-purpose flour
200 g candied fruits
200 g seedless raisins
Pan measuring 28 cm x 11.5 cm x 7.5 cm
Instructions:
Mix warm milk, oil, eggs, sugar and salt. Add the dry bread yeast and stir until a smooth and homogeneous mixture is formed.
Start mixing in the mixer and gradually add the 4 cups of all-purpose flour. Mix until you have a smooth dough without lumps. If you want a moister
pudding, you can add up to an additional 75ml of milk at this step.
This pudding gets its festive touch from the addition of candied fruits and pitted raisins. Add these ingredients to the mixture and use a spatula to mix them evenly.
Grease and flour the 28cm x 11.5cm x 7.5cm loaf pan so that the pudding can be easily removed after baking.
