Christmas pudding in a blender, super easy to prepare

Instructions:

Mix warm milk, oil, eggs, sugar and salt. Add the dry bread yeast and mix until a smooth and homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Start mixing in the mixer and gradually add the 4 cups of all-purpose flour. Mix until you get a smooth batter with no lumps. If you want a moister pudding, you can add up to an additional 75 ml of milk in this step.
The festive touch to this pudding comes from the addition of candied fruit and pitted raisins. Add these ingredients to the mixture and use a spatula to mix evenly.
Grease and flour the 28 cm x 11.5 cm x 7.5 cm loaf tin so that the pudding can be easily removed after baking.
Baked:
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, making sure to distribute the fruit evenly. Tap the pan lightly on the work surface to remove any air bubbles.
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Place the pan in the oven and bake for about 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
After baking, let the pudding rest in the pan for a few minutes before placing it on a rack to cool completely.
If you like, you can sprinkle the pudding with powdered sugar before serving to give it an extra sweetness.
With this quick and easy recipe, you can enjoy a fluffy Christmas pudding full of festive flavors in just minutes.
Ideal for sharing during the holidays or gifting to loved ones, this pudding will become a classic at your Christmas celebrations. May the Christmas spirit fill your home with every bite of this delicious dessert!
