Chocolate vanilla cream cake with toffee

Ingredients:

200 g butter
200 g sugar
4 eggs
200 g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 packet vanilla sugar
200 ml milk
1 packet Toffifee
For the vanilla cream:
500 ml milk
1 packet vanilla pudding powder
3 tablespoons sugar

Preparation :

Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a baking pan and dust it with flour.
Mix butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time and mix well.
Mix flour, baking powder, cocoa and vanilla sugar. Add the flour mixture alternately with the milk into the butter-sugar mixture and mix well until a smooth dough is formed.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan. Spread the toffee on the dough.
Bake the cake in the preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes, until set and a wooden pick comes out clean.
