Ingredients
For the crust:
– 4 eggs
– 1 vanilla sugar
– 200 g of sugar
– 100 ml of oil
– 190 g of flour
– 2 spoons of cocoa powder
– 2 spoons of baking powder
Cream:
– 2 eggs
– 200 g of sugar
– 1 vanilla pudding
– 3 tablespoons of flour
– 600 ml of milk
– 200 ml of sweet cream
– 150 g of margarine
Glaze:
– 200 g of chocolate
– 60 g of margarine
– 50 ml of milk
Preparation:
First, the filling is prepared. Beat two eggs with a mixer, then add 200 g of sugar and mix. Add vanilla pudding and 3 spoons of flour, then combine everything with a mixer.
Stir in 600 ml of milk, beat again with a mixer to make it even, then transfer to a pan and cook until it thickens. Cover the stretch with foil and leave to cool.
While the filling is cooling, prepare the crust:
Beat 4 eggs, add vanilla sugar and 200 g of sugar, add 100 ml of oil to the mixture. Blend everything nicely with a mixer, then add 190 g of sifted flour, 2 spoons of cocoa and 2 teaspoons of baking powder (sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder directly through a sieve into the mixture for the crust).
Combine with a mixer into a fine, uniform mixture, then pour into a square tray and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
