Chocolate nut cake, conjured up quickly and easily!

Break the chocolate into small pieces and bring the cream to the boil. Then pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let it stand for 10 minutes. Then stir vigorously until the chocolate has completely dissolved. Chill the ganache until it has a consistency like Nutella.
Cut the sponge cake base twice. Spread the first layer with a layer of ganache and a layer of cream and place the second layer on top. Also spread this with ganache and cream and place the third layer on top. Then spread the remaining ganache over the entire cake and decorate with cream and hazelnuts.
