Chocolate nougat cake, juicy chocolate cake that melts in your mouth!


300g dark chocolate
400g white chocolate
500g hazelnut cream
350g hazelnuts


1. Melt 75 g of dark chocolate in a water bath. Pour the melted chocolate into a cake tin.

2. Spread the melted chocolate over the entire surface of the mold. Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes until the chocolate is solid.

Melt 3.75 g of dark chocolate in a water bath and pour into the mold.

Use the brush to stick the melted chocolate down.
Place in the refrigerator again for at least 30 minutes.

4. Now the white chocolate.
Melt in a water bath, stirring occasionally.
Pour into a large bowl and add the hazelnut spread.
Next, mix and then add the whole peeled hazelnuts.

5. Remove the mold from the refrigerator and pour the mixture into it. Level with a spatula.
