Chocolate cream cake: a delicious dessert that melts in your mouth

Ingredients:

3 eggs
30 ml oil
50 ml coffee with milk
80g flour
20 g cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder

 

350 g dark chocolate
30g butter
120 g coffee with milk
750 g whipping cream
6 tablespoons powdered sugar
Wet: 150 ml water + 1 tablespoon sugar + 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Preparation:

Mix eggs with sugar and a pinch of salt.
Then add the oil, milk and sifted dry ingredients.
Pour the mixture into the mold and bake at 180° for 25-30 minutes.
