Chocolate Cheesecake mit Oreo-Boden

For the base:
30 Oreo cookies
70 g butter, melted

For the filling:
4 egg(s)
900 g cream cheese, (double cream level), or mascarpone
150 g powdered sugar
3 tbsp baking cocoa
300 g dark chocolate, melted
1 tsp vanilla paste

For the cream:
200 ml cream
180 g dark chocolate
3 tablespoons sugar, depending on taste

First, the Oreo base is prepared. To do this, the Oreo cookies and filling are finely ground in a food processor, mixed with the melted butter and distributed into a 24 cm diameter springform pan and pressed down well. Place the base in the preheated oven at 175 °C top and bottom heat for about eight to ten minutes.

Melt the dark chocolate over a water bath and then prepare the filling.

To do this, first put all the cream cheese in a bowl and stir it until smooth. Then vanilla paste, powdered sugar and baking cocoa are added and stirred in. The eggs are then gradually stirred into the cheese mixture. Finally, the melted chocolate is added in a thin stream and is mixed in as it goes. Now the mixture can be poured onto the Oreo base and smoothed out.

Put the cake in the preheated oven at 175 °C top and bottom heat for approx. 60 minutes.

After baking, let the cake cool for five minutes. Then the edge of the cake can be removed. The cake should then cool completely for about eight hours before transferring it to a cake plate. Also like in the fridge.
