CHOCOLATE CAKE WITH CHOCOLATE CREAM

Ingredients

12 servings
Select all ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups flour, sifted three times
1/2 stick butter
1 semisweet bar chocolate

8 pieces egg
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups milk
3 tablespoons cornstarch
5 pieces egg yolks
1 Bar of semi-sweet chocolate Turin
1/2 piece of butter
1 cup chopped walnut
10 pieces of whole walnut

Preparation

Melt 1/2 piece of butter and let it cool. Melt 1 pack of dark chocolate in a water bath.
Separate the whites and yolks of the 8 eggs. Beat sugar and egg yolks for 5 minutes until lemon-colored. Beat the egg whites into nougat and add to the

egg yolks with the sugar. Finally add butter, flour and melted chocolate.
Grease and flour three round molds, spread the cake mixture and bake at 190 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool on a wire rack and remove from the mold.
