Chocolate Cake, Every Piece Melts In Your Mouth

1. First preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Then dissolve the coffee powder with water.
Put butter, cream, beaten eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, cocoa and chocolate powder in a mixing bowl. Add dissolved coffee powder.
2. Now mix the flour with baking powder and sift in with the remaining ingredients. Mix with the mixer until a smooth dough forms. Grease a springform cake (24 cm) with a little butter.
3. Next, pour half of the dough into the mold. Break the chocolate bar into rows and place on the dough. Fill with the remaining dough.
4. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 – 40 minutes, then reduce the heat to 160 degrees and bake for another 30 minutes. After cooling, dust with powdered sugar.
This cake is super juicy and always tastes different depending on the chocolate used. But it is very important to choose really high-quality chocolate.
