INGREDIENTS
500 ml (2 cups) natural Greek yogurt
300 g ( 2 ½ cups) strawberries, chopped
50 ml (3 tbsp) honey
300 g (2 cups) melted dark chocolate
A pinch of sea salt
METHOD
In a large bowl, mix yogurt with honey and chopped strawberries.
Place 2 tablespoons of the mixture on a silicone mat or
parchment-covered cutting board. Place in the freezer.
