Ingredients
6 m.-sized egg(s)
250 g butter
250 g sugar
100 g flour
250 g almond(s), finely ground
250 g couverture, semi-sweet, finely grated
1 pinch cinnamon powder
1 packet cake icing (chocolate icing)
60 almond(s) ), for decoration
preparation
Mix eggs, sugar and butter until foamy. Add the flour, almonds, couverture, cinnamon and a pinch of salt and stir in well. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
