Chicken stuffed croissants

Instructions:

Prepare the filling:

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and chopped green onions.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the mixture. Stir until well combined.

Assemble the croissants:

Roll out the croissant dough and divide it into 8 triangles.
Place about 1-2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
Roll up each triangle starting at the wide end and enclose the filling inside. Place the rolled croissants seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Optional: Add butter and parsley:

Brush the top of the croissants with melted butter to give them a golden finish.
Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley if desired.

Grandmothers:

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the croissants are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Serves:

Remove from the oven and allow the rolls to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your chicken-filled croissants while they’re still warm!
