Cherry eggnog sheet cake with sour cream recipe

INGREDIENTS:

350 g margarine, soft
350g sugar
1 pinch(s) of salt
6 egg(s)
300g flour

½ pack of baking powder
250 ml eggnog
100 g chocolate chips
2 glasses of cherry(s)
800 ml cream

4 packs of vanilla sugar
2 packs of cream stiffener
200 g sour cream
possibly chocolate decoration

n. B. Eggnog to decorate
Fat for the tray
Breadcrumbs for the tray

PREPARATION:

Drain the cherries. Preheat the oven (top/bottom heat: 175 °C, circulating air: 150 °C).
Mix the margarine, sugar and salt with a hand mixer until creamy, gradually add the eggs and stir in. Mix the flour with baking powder and stir in alternately with the 250 ml eggnog. Finally, fold in the chocolate flakes. Place the dough on a greased baking tray sprinkled with breadcrumbs and smooth it out.

Spread the cherries on top. Put in the hot oven and bake on the middle rack for about 50 to 55 minutes. Let cool down.
