Ingredients needed:
800 g cauliflower
4 large eggs
120 g sour cream
130 g grated cheese
Half a teaspoon of salt
Salt for soaking and boiling cauliflower
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 pinch of black pepper
1 small bunch green onion
For this recipe I used a 16*19 cm pan, 5 cm high.
