Carrot Cake

Mix flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon
Stir carefully into the egg mixture

Finally, fold in the well-squeezed grated carrots and walnuts
Line a springform pan with baking paper and pour in the mixture
Bake at 160 degrees hot air for approx. 50 minutes
Let the cake cool thoroughly on a cake rack
For the frosting, mix the butter with the powdered sugar until creamy
Add the cream cheese, vanilla extract, lemon juice and zest and mix everything together well
The frosting can either be added to the cake or used as a filling. To do this, cut the cake in half horizontally and spread it with the frosting
