Carrot and fig muffins

Ingredients :

2 egg(s)
90g sugar, brown
80ml oil
something nutmeg
250 g Flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ tsp Baking soda
1 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
2 Tea spoons Cocoa powder
180g carrot(s)
150g fig(s)
For the glaze:
n.b. powdered sugar
something orange juice

preparation

Put eggs and sugar in a bowl and beat until creamy. Slowly stir in oil. Nutmeg. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and cocoa and mix into a smooth dough. Finely grate the carrots, finely dice the figs and stir both into the dough.
Place 12 paper cases in the muffin tin. Divide the dough evenly into the molds. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for approx. 25 minutes. Take the muffins out of the oven and let them rest in the tin for about 10 minutes.
