Caramel Apple Blondie Cheesecake Recipe

2. In a large bowl, beat together butter and brown sugar until combined
3. Add eggs one at the time, vanilla, cinnamon, apple pie spice, baking soda, baking powder and salt and whisk

until combined
4. Slowly add flour and stir just until combined
5. Fold in chopped apples and gently stir together
6. Spread batter into prepared springform pan
7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
8. Remove from oven and let cake cool completely
To make caramel sauce:
1. In a small sauce pan melt butter, whisk in brown sugar and heavy cream, stirring constantly until fully dissolved
2. Bring in the boil and boil for about 3 minutes
3. Allow to cool completely
To make caramel cheesecake:
1. In medium bowl, mix cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth and creamy
2. Add apple pie spice, caramel sauce and cool whip and mix until combined
3. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly on top of Blondie
4. Set in the fridge to firm
5. Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours
