8 slices of frozen puff pastry ( 2 slices per portion)
100 g cooked ham
100 g salami
1 pepper
150 g grated cheese
Oregano
1 egg yolk
Some tomato paste
Salt and pepper
A few tomatoes
Garlic
INSTRUCTIONS
Let the puff pastry thaw, prick it with a fork and let it rest.
Dice the peppers, tomatoes, ham and salami and mix. Season with spices.
Grate cheese and set aside.
Spread the puff pastry with tomato paste, leaving an edge free.
Spread filling over dough, then sprinkle cheese on top.
