Ingredients
200g cookies
90g melted butter
18 cm high shape.
Add 2/3 cookies.
300 g cream cheese
150g sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla essence.
400 g natural yogurt
200 ml cream 33%.
10 g agar agar
Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until boiling.
