10 g vanilla sugar
Gradually add 4 tablespoons of flour
2 tablespoons starch
800 ml milk
Brew over medium heat, simmer after boiling for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly
80g butter

Form 18 cm, covered with cling film
~ 500 g puff pastry cookies
