Cake in 5 minutes! Everyone is talking about this recipe! No sugar, no condensed milk, no oven!

Directions:

Pour the biscuit-butter mixture into the pan and spread it evenly with a spoon. Press the mixture firmly to form a base. Place the pan in the refrigerator to allow the base to set.

In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Remove the peaches from the can, drain and chop roughly. Add the chopped peaches and peach yoghurt to the cream cheese and mix well.

Prepare the gelatin according to package directions. Add the gelatin to the peach-cream cheese mixture and stir thoroughly to ensure the gelatin dissolves completely.

Whip the cream until stiff and carefully fold it into the peach-cream cheese mixture until well combined.

Remove the chilled cookie base from the refrigerator and spread the peach-cream cheese mixture evenly over it.

Place the cake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.

Before serving, carefully remove the cake from the pan. Arrange the fresh peaches on the surface of the cake to decorate.

Prepare the gelatine leaves according to the instructions on the package. Place the gelatine leaves over the peach decoration on the cake. This will give them a nice shiny effect.

Allow the gelatine to set by placing the cake back in the fridge for a few minutes.

Enjoy your delicious cake in just 5 minutes, beautifully decorated with peaches and gelatin!
