Preparation

Stir the cream vigorously until it becomes foamy. Mix the sour cream and sugar, making sure they are well combined. Gently melt the chocolate using steam.

Put one-third of the cream in a bowl, then add a generous layer of crushed biscuits, hazelnuts, walnuts and almonds (you can choose to use only one type of nut) and finally cover with half of the chocolate. .

Mix the whipped cream and cream once more, then continue with the biscuit, hazelnut and chocolate layers. Finish by adding the remaining whipped cream mixture.
