Buttermilk sponge cake with tangerines, super delicious!

Ingredients

a little water
icing sugar for dusting
fat for the mold
200 g sugar
1 pack of vanilla sugar

half a pack of baking powder
1 can of tangerines
4 eggs
220 g butter
60 ml buttermilk
350-400 g flour
breadcrumbs for the mold

preparation

First beat the butter until fluffy and add the eggs one after the other. Then mix the vanilla sugar, sugar and stir with buttermilk. Slowly pour everything into the butter and egg mixture. Mix the baking powder and flour together and sift into the mixture.

Now separate the tangerines from the juice, collecting the juice. Now mix the juice in a large mug with mineral water and gradually add it to the dough, stirring and folding in the tangerines.
