Ingredients:

1 pack of button mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
7 to 8 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 large onion, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
Salt, as needed
Fresh coriander, chopped, for garnish

Directions:

Sauté the Onions and Garlic: Heat the olive oil and butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until the onions are translucent and the garlic is fragrant.
Cook the Mushrooms: Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan. Stir well to coat the mushrooms with the butter and oil. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and golden brown.
Season: Add the chili flakes, pepper powder, and salt to taste. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
