Brownie-Cheesecake

Ingredients

Cheesecake mix:
115 grams cream cheese
1 egg
¼ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Brownie Mix:
115 grams butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla
115 grams melted dark chocolate
¾ cup flour
¼ cup cocoa
¼ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons water

Steps

Cheesecake mix:
1-We put the cream cheese at room temperature and the sugar in a bowl and beat until incorporated.
2-Add the egg and vanilla and beat again. Once the mixture is ready, we reserve it.
Brownie Mix:
1-Preheat the oven to 180C and prepare a 9″x 9″ square mold, it can be glass or metal.
2-Melt the butter and pour it over a bowl. Add the sugar and mix with the help of a balloon to incorporate the two ingredients.

3-Melt the chocolate and add it to the butter mixture. Beat with the balloon until incorporated.
4-Add the eggs and yolks and mix with the help of the balloon. Finally add the vanilla and incorporate.
5-Next we are going to add the dry ingredients, flour, cocoa and salt and mix with the help of a wooden spoon.
