1 tablespoon sugar

2 cups warm water (110°F/43°C)

Instructions:
In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Allow it to sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
