Directions:

Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.

Prepare the cheesecake filling:

In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
Beat in the eggs, one at a time, making sure each egg is fully incorporated before adding the next.

Stir in sour cream and heavy cream until smooth.
Fold in melted white chocolate and fresh blueberries.
Pour filling over cooled crust.

Bake the cheesecake:

Bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly browned.
Turn the oven off and leave the cheesecake in with the door slightly ajar for 1 hour.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely before placing in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Preparation of the blueberry sauce:

In a small saucepan, combine blueberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice.
Cook over medium heat until blueberries release their juices and mixture begins to boil.
Stir in cornstarch mixture and cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until sauce thickens.
