Black and white Swiss roll recipe

INGREDIENTS:

For the dough:
7 pcs eggs
10 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cocoa powder
3 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
For the cream:
4 pcs eggs
100g sugar
4 tbsp flour
300 ml milk
2 bars of dark chocolate
250g butter

PREPARATION:

Separate eggs and beat egg whites until stiff. Mix the flour with sugar, cocoa, baking soda and egg yolks and fold in the egg whites. Place the dough in a baking pan lined with baking paper and bake at 180 °C for about 25 minutes.
Remove and immediately roll up with a damp cloth.
Mix the milk, sugar and eggs thoroughly, without lumps and place on the stove. Cook until it thickens. Then remove from the heat and add butter. Melt these while stirring. Halve the mixture and stir into one half of the chocolate pieces.
