1 box white cake mix (15.25 ounces)
2 1 ounce boxes instant white chocolate pudding mix (dry)
1 cup sour cream
4 large eggs
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup butter – softened or melted
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 1/2 cup raspberries (You can use fresh or frozen raspberries) plus additional raspberries for garnish
1 Tablespoon flour
16 ounces cream cheese softened
1/2 cup butter softened
3-4 cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Grease your bundt cake pan with butter or spray with cooking spray.
Mix cake mix, instant pudding mix, sour cream, eggs, 1/2 cup butter and water in a large bowl. You can use a stand mixer or a hand mixer for this.
