Banana Split Roll Recipe

Ingredients

3 pcs eggs
75g flour​
2 pcs bananas
150g sugar​
4 tbsp cold water

150g dark chocolate
1 pack vanilla sugar
75g corn starch
1 tsp lemon juice
500 ml whipped cream
1.5 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Chocolate cream preparation: Start by preparing the chocolate cream. To do this, heat 250 ml of cream in a saucepan. Once warm, add 125g of the dark chocolate. Constant stirring ensures that the chocolate melts completely and combines well with the cream. Then let the mixture cool until it reaches the right consistency. Egg white preparation: Separate the eggs in a separate bowl. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Then carefully add the cold water and vanilla

sugar. This mixture should remain airy and light. Egg yolk mixture: Take the egg yolks and stir them together with the sugar until fluffy. Then carefully stir in the flour, cornstarch and baking powder to obtain a homogeneous mixture. To combine: Gently fold the egg white mixture into the egg yolk mixture.
