Banana split ice cream

preparation:

Peel the ripe bananas and cut them into small pieces.
Place the banana pieces on a tray and freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
In a blender or food processor, combine the frozen bananas, heavy cream, milk, sugar and vanilla extract.
Mix until a smooth and homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Freezing ice cream:
Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
Cover the container with plastic wrap or an airtight lid to prevent ice crystals from forming on the surface of the ice cream.
Freeze the mixture for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen.
Banana split assembly:
Slice fresh bananas lengthwise and place them on the edge of a serving plate.
Place banana, vanilla and chocolate ice cream scoops between the bananas.
Pour chocolate sauce and strawberry sauce over the ice cream.
Add whipped cream to the ice cream.
Sprinkle chopped nuts over the whipped cream.
Optionally, you can add a cherry soaked in syrup to each ice cream.
Serve and enjoy:
