BANANA CAKE

INGREDIENTS:

4 egg(s), including the white

4 tbsp water, cold

180 g sugar

1 pack vanilla sugar

4 egg(s), the yolk

180 g flour

 

1 tsp baking powder

4 banana(s)

1/2 liter milk

1 pack . Pudding powder, vanilla

80 g sugar

6 sheets of gelatine, white

3 cups of cream

 

3 packs of cream stiffener

3 packs of vanilla sugar

1 cup of cream

1 bar of chocolate, whole milk

2 sheets of gelatine, white

PREPARATION:

Beat the egg whites and water to stiff peaks. Then carefully stir in the sugar, vanilla sugar and egg yolks, then the flour and baking powder.

Place the sponge cake in a springform pan and bake at 180°C for approx. 25-30 minutes. Let the base cool and if necessary (if it is too high) cut off part of it.
