Bacon minced meat roll filled with ham and cheese

Preparation :

 

Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Knead the minced meat, egg, breadcrumbs, herbs and spices together thoroughly in a bowl. Then place on aluminum foil and shape into a rectangle. Spread the cheese, ham and spinach on top and carefully roll everything up using the foil. Close the sides carefully. Cover the roll with bacon slices and wrap in aluminum foil.
Bake at 180 °C top and bottom heat for about 25 minutes. Remove the aluminum foil and bake at 250 °C for another 25 – 30 minutes so that the bacon becomes crispy. Cut the minced meat roll into slices before serving.
This recipe will definitely come in handy for an evening with friends. The calorie bomb is guaranteed to fill you up and is a hit with meat lovers. A delicious barbecue sauce rounds off the taste. If you like, you can also serve the roll with a few sweet potato fries or salad.
