Apple pudding slices, mmm you have to try them!

1. Simply beat the egg whites into stiff peaks.

2. Then stir the sugar with the yolks until foamy, add the oil and then water. Sift the flour with baking powder and then fold in the egg whites.

3. Now spread the dough onto a greased and floured baking tray and bake at 180 degrees top/bottom heat for approx. 15 minutes.

4. Then make a pudding from pudding powder, apple juice and sugar, and then grate the peeled apples and add them to the pudding.

5. Finally, spread the cream on the sponge cake and then let it cool down. Decorate with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.
