Apple pie with yogurt cream, melts in your mouth! Simple and very tasty!

REQUIRED INGREDIENTS:

Mold: (diameter 20 cm)
Flour – 250 g
Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
Butter – 90 g
Salt: a little
Yolk – 2 pieces
Sugar – 40 g
Apple layer:
Apple – 3 pieces (approx. 500 g)
Sugar – 40 g
Lemon juice – 4 to 5 spoons.
Cream souffle:
Egg whites – 2 pieces
Sugar – 40 g
Vanilla sugar – 1 teaspoon
Natural yogurt (sour cream) – 400 g
Corn starch – 30 g
