Apple pie – super juicy


150 g butter or margarine

125 g sugar

5 egg(s)

125 g hazelnuts, ground

50 g flour

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon


800 g apples e.g. B. Elstar, coarsely grated

½ cup sugar

1 lemon (s), juice from it

2 tablespoons vanilla pudding powder

2 cups sweet cream, 200 g

cocoa powder each for dusting


one from butter, 125 g sugar, 3 eggs, nuts, flour, baking powder and cinnamon Create the batter and bake at 160°C for approx. 30 minutes. This can also happen the day before.

Bring the grated apples to the boil with the sugar, eggs, lemon juice and pudding powder, stirring constantly. Allow to cool slightly, then spread on the base of a springform pan. Refrigerate.
