INGREDIENTS
400 g flour
250 g butter
150 g powdered sugar
1/2 pack of baking powder
2 eggs
If necessary, 2 tbsp milk
Ingredients :
Approx. 1 and 1/2 kg apples
2 packs of cinnamon sugar
1 pack of vanilla sugar
Sugar to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Knead all the dough ingredients into a smooth dough and cool for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough, roll out one half and place on a prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
