Apple cinnamon lasagna roll

Ingredients:

2 cans cinnamon rolls
4 large apples
1⁄2 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1⁄4 tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp cornstarch
1⁄4 – 1⁄3 cup caramel sauce

 

preparation

Spray 9×13 inch pan and preheat oven to 350.
Cut the cinnamon rolls in half and roll each to cover the bottom of the pan.
Dice apples. Place apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, cornstarch, sugar in a bowl and mix well.
Pour half of the mixture onto the cinnamon rolls.
Sprinkle some caramel sauce on top.
