Ingredients
Shortcrust pastry:
220g flour
100g sugar
2 teaspoons of baking soda
1 pinch of salt
1 egg
120 g butter, cold in pieces
1 pinch of salt
Molding:
2 packs of vanilla pudding powder
500g milk
80 sugar
1 pinch of salt
2 eggs
Aside from that:
4-6 apples, peeled, cored and cut into wide wedges
1 teaspoon cinnamon or apple pie spice
100 g almond flakes

Shortcrust pastry : Put all the ingredients for the pastry into the mixing bowl. Mix for 30 seconds/speed 4 to form a crumbly shortcrust pastry.
