American pancakes

Ingredients

120 ml milk

250 ml natural yogurt

200g flour

1 pack of baking powder

1 pinch of salt

3 eggs

2 tbsp sugar

some olive oil

maple syrup

preparation

1. First whisk the eggs into a nice light foam.

2. Next mix the milk and natural yoghurt, I use about 200 ml of yoghurt, the rest milk.

You can also use more or less yogurt, depending on what you have on hand. This makes the pancakes really thick and juicy!

3. Now gradually add the flour, baking powder, milk-yoghurt mixture, salt and sugar to the eggs and keep stirring.
