250g butter
250g sugar
1 pack of vanilla sugar
6 eggs (separated)
150g flour
100 g cornstarch
3 tsp baking powder
100g marzipan
1 jar of apricot jam
3 tbsp Cointreau
1 ready-rolled marzipan blanket
200 g dark chocolate or whole milk chocolate
1 cube of palmin (coconut fat
preparation
Preheat the oven with the grill function at approx. 180°C.
Mix butter, sugar, egg yolks and vanilla sugar until very foamy.
Warm the marzipan with 3 tablespoons of Cointreau and add it to the dough.
Add flour, cornstarch and baking powder and mix everything together well.
Beat the egg white until stiff and fold in.
Line the bottom of a 26 cm springform pan with baking paper and spread approx. 3 tablespoons of dough thinly on top. Bake in the oven for about 3 minutes until golden brown.
Then spread about 3 tablespoons of dough on top again and bake for about 3 minutes.
