A friend from Spain taught me how to prepare irresistible chicken drumsticks…QUICK AND SIMPLE…

Preparation

drumstick:
1. Season the chicken drumsticks with salt, pepper, minced garlic, soy sauce and olive oil.
2. Marinate for 30 minutes.
For the seasoned potatoes:
1. Cut the potatoes into cubes and coat them with olive oil, salt, pepper, Provencal herbs, minced garlic and grated Parmesan cheese.
2. Place on baking paper and bake at 180°C/356°F for 30 minutes.
For the egg topping:
1. Mix the eggs, sour cream, breadcrumbs and flour.
2. Place on potatoes.
3. Add butter and cover with damp baking paper.
4. Bake at 180°C/356°F for 40-45 minutes.
For the tomato sauce:
1. Chop the tomatoes, onion and dill.
2. Mix with salt, sugar, balsamic vinegar, French mustard and olive oil.
