Ingredients
500 g of cheesecake cottage cheese from a bucket
1 large egg
2 heaping tablespoons of powdered sugar
1 full glass of wheat flour
pinch of salt
Preparation
1. Remove the ingredients in advance so that they are at room temperature.
2. Sift the flour into a bowl, add the cottage cheese from the bucket, egg, powdered sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix everything thoroughly using a spoon until combined.
3. Heat the oil in a pan. Pour the mixture in portions and fry the pancakes for a few minutes on both sides until golden brown.
