INGREDIENTS
For dough:
5 eggs
A pinch of salt
150 g (3/4 cup) sugar
160 g (1 cup) flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
30 g (2 tbsp) vegetable oil
30 g (2 tbsp) boiling water
preparation
Baking tin 18x28cm
In the preheated Bake in the oven at 180℃ (356℉) for 30 minutes
For cherry jam:
600 g (4 cups) cherries
50 g (1/4 cup) sugar
25 g (2.5 tbsp) cornstarch
