Apple yogurt pancakes with 120 g flour ready in 3 minutes

INGREDIENTS

apple (coarsely grated)

2 eggs

20 g rice syrup or maple syrup

120 ml sparkling water

150 g Greek yogurt

 

30 – 40 g oat flakes

120 g flour

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

1. First, peel the apple and grate it coarsely. Then the Separate the eggs,

beat the egg whites until stiff and set aside.

Now mix the egg yolks with rice syrup, sparkling water and yogurt.

2. Now mix the flour with oat flakes, baking powder and cinnamon and stir in briefly.
