Carrot Cake

Ingredients 

4 Owner
300g sugar
240 ml neutral oil
2 TL Vanilla Extract
260g flour
2 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
300 g grated carrots
100 g walnuts coarsely chopped

Ingredients 

100 g soft butter (room temperature)
250 g cream cheese (room temperature)
200g powdered sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp lemon juice
Zest 1 untreated lemon

preparation

Beat the eggs until foamy and slowly add the sugar
Mix until the mixture is light and creamy.
Slowly add the oil and vanilla extract and stir
